X-series – Patent-pending design for enhanced performance and better serviceability

The X-series is engineered to enhance the performance of both new and existing machinery, especially in terms of durability, serviceability, and cost-effectiveness. The range currently available covers displacements from 2512 to 8800 ccm. The X-series represents Black Bruin industrial motors design principles in general, featuring a patent-pending construction in which the robust piston design and flow-optimized hydraulic fluid channels are innovatively applied in a compact frame size. This results in a more efficient hydraulic motor due to improved hydraulic fluid distribution with less pressure losses.

New mounting options for Black Bruin S-series hydraulic direct drives

The Black Bruin S-series has become famous for its characteristics of robust piston design and the capability to handle varied and inconsistent waste material effortlessly. The S3010 is the latest model featuring upgraded shaft interfaces with increased torque of 161 kNm and load carrying capabilities for a wide range of recycling applications. Thanks to the S3010’s connectivity features, we can better meet market demand in applications requiring larger displacement motors, up to 22 500 ccm. Accessories of the S-series have also been updated and now offer more versatile torque arm mounting options.

So come and share your ideas with us at IFAT. Let’s work together to discover the best alternatives and options for your machinery. You’ll find us at stand 119 in hall B5.
